TETA3 Simulator is a software package for ASW Operational
Research and Ashore ASW Training for both the Mod.1 
and Mod.3 A244/S torpedoes, based on:
• statistical evaluation of the A244/S Mod.1 and 
  Mod.3 torpedo performances, and 
• analysis of the A244/S Mod.1 and Mod.3 torpedo 
  behaviour during the simulated sea runs

TETA3 Simulator is an evolution of the application software 
installed on the TETA machine (the simulation system formerly 
developed by WASS for the A244/S Mod.1 torpedo) which 
includes the simulation of the A244/S Mod.3 torpedo.

Therefore TETA3 is a software application for the simulation 
of both the A244/S Mod.1 and Mod.3 torpedoes, 
according to different launching modes, in various operational 
scenarios, that includes simulation of:
• submarine target
• acoustic countermeasures systems
• underwater environmental conditions
MAESTRO is an advanced Torpedo simulation
test bed; it is mainly aimed to the develompent,
validation and verification of the behaviour of a
torpedo system . It allows to enter deeply inside
the brain of a torpedo system, modifing logic,
thresholds, kinetic, etc, in order to identify the
means and requirement to achieve a specific
operational need.
