WASS is named after the inventor of the Torpedo, Robert WHITEHEAD,
who started his engineering design work in 1864 in Fiume, Italy.

Together with weapon systems, WASS provides all services 
and support needed for their operation, maintenance and repair, 
such as:
• Equipment for sea trials and training activities
• Instruction courses
• Documentation
• Spare parts and expendable materials
• Technical assistance

WASS's Customers

WASS's main Customer is of course the Italian Navy. 
All WASS products have been and will continued 
to be developed, designed and qualified by the Italian Navy, 
jointly with Italian Navy personnel utilising Italian Navy facilities, 
means and processes.
