The DCN/Armes Sous-Marines/Saint-Tropez designs,
develops and manufactures the French torpedoes 
which equip the French Navy and a number of allied or 
friendly Foreign Navies (3600 torpedoes manufactured 
and 600 sold abroad since 1945).

• homing torpedoes fitted on board surface vessels, 
  MALAFON and MILAS missiles against submarines
• homing and wire guided torpedoes fitted on board 
  submarines against surface vessels and other submarines
• lightweight torpedoes fitted on board aircraft and 
  surface vessels against submarines (at present 
  MU90/IMPACT torpedo with WASS and THALES)
• mobile underwater targets which simulate submarines
• anti torpedo counter-measures
